Robert Therrien is known primarily as a sculptor, although he has worked in painting, drawing, printmaking and photography. Inspired by objects in the everyday world, he recycles and reinterprets images in a process of infinite adjustments. He has lived in Los Angeles since 1971.

This book was created to celebrate the exhibition of Therrien's sculpture at LACMA in 2000. It includes a checklist, exhibition history, bibliography and an index.
