A bundled package of three artist's books, Cuenca is a grab bag highlight reel of Mungo Thomson's irreverent oeuvre. Todo Ha Sido Grabado ("Everything Has Been Recorded") is a penciled cartoon about religion and the afterlife, written entirely in Spanish. Easy Field Guide to Mungo Thomson is a lighthearted take on traditional field guides designed for easy consumption, and while it still catalogs many of Thomson's projects, it does so in a self-deprecating, deadpan manner ("Someone who drinks too much is called an alcoholic. Some more confident alcoholics enjoy announcing to the world that they are trying to deal with their drinking problem by attaching bumper stickers to their automobiles"). And Cuenca itself is a more "traditional" artist's book, featuring color photos of Thomson's work and essays in English and Spanish.
